The Bently Nevada 3500/40M-03-00 is a dual-channel vibration monitoring module, part of the 3500 Series Machinery Protection System. It is engineered to measure and monitor radial vibration, axial position, and differential expansion of rotating machinery, providing critical protection for turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.

• The 3500/40M-03-00 module must be installed in a 3500 Series chassis with proper backplane connection to ensure communication with the system controller.

• Probe calibration must be performed per Bently Nevada manual 127613-01 before system commissioning.

• Electrical grounding must comply with IEEE 142 (Green Book) and local industrial safety standards.

• Module configuration should be done via Bently Nevada System 1 software (v6.0 or higher) for accurate alarm setting.
