The ICS TRIPLEX 9802 is a high-integrity triple-modular redundant (TMR) safety controller module designed for critical safety applications in process industries. As part of the TRIPLEX T8100 safety system, this module provides fault-tolerant processing capabilities with continuous self-diagnostics and voting logic to ensure safe operation even in the event of component failures. It meets the most stringent safety standards, including IEC 61508 SIL 3, making it ideal for emergency shutdown systems (ESD), fire and gas systems (FGS), and critical process control applications.
