The ICS TRIPLEX T8110C is a high-performance triple-modular redundant (TMR) safety controller designed for critical safety instrumented systems (SIS) in process industries. As the core processing unit of the TRIPLEX T8000 safety system, this controller delivers fault-tolerant operation with continuous self-diagnostics and 2-out-of-3 voting logic to prevent spurious trips and ensure process availability. It meets the most stringent safety standards including IEC 61508 SIL 3 and IEC 61511, making it ideal for emergency shutdown systems (ESD), fire and gas systems (FGS), and critical process control applications.
